Monday - Ride to Ruins, 11.19 miles, 1 hour 32 min. 43 degrees when I left, 36 at ruins, 41 when done. Too cold for my toes, need toe warmers next time if it's that cold. Hands were ok cause I had my yellow gloves. Made it to ruins in 1:06:33

10:30pm some stretching in closet. 32 min, arm moves, overhead with broom stick, supta virasana

Tuesday - 6 am bouldering in Sandy Momentum, 25 total: 6 V0s, 9 V1s, 6 V2 attempts, 4 V2s

2pm Ride with K in trailer to Macey's then exploring around. 6.97 miles, 1 hour 6 min.

Wednesday - 4pm ride in Corner Canyon, from Cycle Park > Anns > Rush > Limelight. 8.57 miles, 1 hour 13 min, 18 achievements:

• PR for Equestrian park to Potato Hill 2.35 miles in 29:37 (3 attempts)
• Lower limelight 2023, .35 miles in 1:07 (6 attempts)
• PR EQ park to Clarks Bride, 16:58 (June 21 this year did in 19:20)

Thursday - 10 am stretching, 60 and 70 second hangs, yay

3 pm Top Rope at Millcreek Momentum with Corey:

Friday - 9 am morning ride to school for Parade with K in stroller. 1.74 miles, 17 min. 

2:20 pm Halloween ride - ruins and techy with Corey, 11.15 miles, 1 hour 26 min, got 2nd bridge and everything on the climb except the beginning of Lisa rocks. 59 degrees when we left home, 60 when we got back, 55 at mouth of canyon, 51 at ruins. Fingers did ok on climb with just biking gloves, Glad I had my ski mittens for the descent. Toes were pretty cold but not unbearable. 1 achievement: Bronze PR for DH Quarry 3.6 miles in 15:03 (112 attempts, 32 seconds off PR)

6 pm walking around for trick or treating, dancing to Thriller on the doorstep.

Saturday - 9 am climbing at Ft Union with Corey, 1 hour 35 min, 8 toprope:

• 1- NW purple 10a
• 2- NW blue 10d new 2 rests 1 cheat
• 3- NW red 10d
• 4- SW pink 11a 2 rests but didn’t cheat!
• 5- SE black 11a Boulder 3 rests, tricky but hopefully possible
• 6- south pink 10d new (5.9 imho)
• 7- blue 10b
• 8 - black 11ab

7pm - walk downtown as I parked far away for Abi's concert, actually only .51 miles in 8 min.
