3:15 pm ride in Corner Canyon, did the whole Corner Canyon loop. 14.40 miles, 1929 elevation gain, 1 hour 55 min.
7pm - stretching stuff: as many push ups as I can in 1 min, I got 27, back bend stretch, shoulder rotations, kick through, beast hold, deep squat, hang
Tuesday - 6am Bouldering at Sandy momentum after temple 43 minutes, total 26:

8PM stretching, 29 pushups in 60 seconds (could tell I am sore from yesterday's push ups), Skandasana (side leg stretch alt with arm to sky twist)
Wednesday - 4:30pm ride to ruins and techy, 12.26 miles, feeling slow, just took my time, 1 hour 47 min
9pm stretching, 90-90s, back bend stretch, handstand, etc.

Friday - 11am - movement snacks, did 33 push up in 55 seconds, yay. 1 min hang, shoulder stuff, lymph stuff, V against wall (while I nap haha)
4pm - ride at Snowbird with Corey, did Big Mountain until the thunder and rain (and hail!) made us turn around. 6.26 miles, 1 hour 18 min
Saturday - 8:20 am - Toprope with Corey before General Conference at 10, did 8:
