Monday - Bouldering at Ft Union at 6am, was good, I saved some strength in case I go tonight. Or maybe I'll go to Sandy tomorrow morning after the temple. The light wall is gone, just a regular climbing wall now. Also I didn’t even try a V3, wasn't quite feeling it

Then ride in Park City at 4pm - Armstrong, HAM and Seldom Seen, 7.40 miles, 1 hour 8 min. 1119 elevation.
So so pretty, I love fall.
I've got a goal to get out every day this week!
Wednesday - Nature walk with Katharine at White Pine. 1.19 miles, 41 minutes. She is so stinkin' cute!!!
Evening walk, 2.45 miles, 42 minutes.
Thursday - 6:23 am ride to 3rd bridge. 9.59 miles, 1203 elevation, 1 hour 14 min.

Also some lymph fascia jumping, haha trying it out. Feels good.
Friday - Older girls didn't have school today, so I took a 12:30 pm ride from home to Peakview. 20.84 miles, 2 hours 43 minutes, 2107 elevation gain. 20 achievements. I went along Wasatch to Hidden Valley, then BST to Corner Canyon, Canyon Hollow to Peakview, down rush, back to BST > Hidden Valley > Home
Some stretching, squats, hangs and this stuff (below) for 5 min (the youtube and facebook algorithims knows that I keep watching thai chi stuff haha) it felt good:

- full body up and down stretch

Saturday - 4:45 pm hike, Bell Canyon, so pretty
