Monday - this morning hollow 60 sec, superman 60 sec, 2 min hang hold on chin up bar, 60 sec plank. Then during violin I hurried over to climb for 40 minutes. Also did a "fish tail" road bike ride after we got home from there! forgot to start Strava until after I was on the rode, so I had 5.39 miles in 33 minutes recorded. It was nice to be outside. 90 sec hollow and 90 sec superman. Cancelled our Momentum membership, it expires Friday, so this is our last week to go. It's been good.
Tuesday - morning "fish tail" loop ride, 34 minutes 5.72 miles
Wednesday - climbing with Abi at 4:45, 2 attempts, 19 sends, then fish tail loop at 7pm,
Thursday - evening ride. And tonight I picked up Corey's new bike, replacing his one that got stolen out of our garage (very rude of that person that did that) so we're going on a ride together tomorrow.
Friday - morning ride with Corey. Cold but fun!
Then climbing with Lily at 9:30 pm in Lehi. I wanted to go for date night, cause today is our last day, but after our date it was too late for Corey, so I went and was glad Lily came with me. I'd never been to the Lehi one. It was fun. I had 6 V3 attempts, didn't send a V3 though. I did 20 other sends, and two V2 attempts, so that's a total of 28 climbs. Not bad for my last hurrah. I was going to try and climb until my palms were bleeding, but they gave out before I got to that point. I'm excited to climb again next winter and work my finger strength up to V3 level again, and I'm going to try to keep my strength as best I can here at home by doing chin ups every day, or maybe going on a morning walk and swinging by the playground monkey bars.
Saturday - 2 min hollow, 2 min superman, 2 min plank, cold shower every day this week.
