Monday - LCC loop plus stretching, no PRs. Not feeling at the top of my game right now, even before the ride where I didn't get any PRs
Tuesday - 30 min of stretching, plus wheel, current goal for a while is going to be trying to get my back flexible.
Wednesday - 30 min of stretching
Thursday - stretching
Friday - quick ride to the Quarry and back, 4.66 miles, 25 minutes stretch
Saturday - Ride in Corner Canyon, Anns and Ghost
