May 14 - 19

Monday - one hour walk in Sleepy Hollow, my happy place
Tuesday - 45 minute walk early this morning, then a workout I saw on facebook by Kesley Wells - 3 rounds of the following:
  - 12 push ups on toes
  - 12 chest press punch (with elbows by side) 2/20
  - 12 tricep press 1/25
  - 12 wide burpees
  - one 30 second wide grip letdown
  - 12 chest flys on ball
  - 12 burpees
Wednesday - 24 minute walk/jog (had a late start and needed to hurry home in time to take carpool) After I got home, I modified a periscope workout by Holly (May Workout C) - Did each of the following 4 times:
  - One leg Box (bench) Squat 10 reps left,
  - One leg box squat - 10 reps right
  - 60 second wall squat
  - one arm swing and pull - left 10x with one 20lb dumbbell (going to buy a kettle bell on my next trip to Walmart)
  - one arm swing and pull right 10x w/1 20lb
  - one arm shoulder press right 10x w/1 20lb
  - one arm shoulder press left 10x w/1 20lb
  - Ski Swings both arms together 10x with 2/20lbs
Thursday - 74 minute walk/jog this morning, went down to sleepy hollow this morning, then hiked up the hill to sunrise point, that is a steep climb
Friday - 50 minute walk with Pat K, then did this Zuzka workout - ZWOW 57 -  4 rounds of the following for time:
  - 10 burpees (I did competition burpees)
  - 15 jump lunges
  - 20 push ups (most of mine were on toes)
  - 30 mountain climbers
  - 40 air squats
started 7:45, finished 8:09. I'm sweating like crazy, good stuff. going to go stretch and get the little girls off to school
Saturday - Hiked for 2 hours along the Little Cottonwood bike trail, heaven!
