  • Few walks around the track
  • 20 dead bug
  • 100 calf raises
  • 100 calls pulse
  • 500 Mountain climbers
  • 1 min dead hang
  • 35 min sauna 
  • 10 barre stretch each side
  • 40 elephant walk
