May 12 - 17

Monday - Bouldering at Ft Union this morning. I might have let my calouses build up too much (should have filed them down) but I didn't file them Sat and didn't want to yesterday since I was going climbing today, anyway, I guess they were too big cause they peeled off.

Then a bike ride to the ruins at 5:15, 11.38 miles in 1 hour 50 min. On silver bike, I was taking my time. It was windy!

Tuesday - Some handstands. Also 3.37 mile walk, 1 hour 1 min. Talked with Mel about something that will hopefully happen in January. She said "I've been waiting for this!" If anyone reads this, besides me, feel free to make a guess in the comments.

Wednesday - Toprope with Corey from 4:50 - 6:40
  • SE corner - Yellow 5.10b new
  • Center East Wall - Blue 5.10d volcano
  • Center East Wall - Red 5.10d I hate it, quit and did volcano at the end/top. I hate it, I'm never doing that one again
  • NE Green 5.10b new
  • NE Black 5.10d new I used the green to help me
  • North center black 5.10a
  • Center west red 5.10a
  • Center west Orange 5.10a (started the purple 5.11a, but quit, Corey did it with a lot of breaks)
Then I googled about jawlines and then watched and followed along with the exercises in this video. I want to see if I can work on my jawline and also do 15 min of stretching everyday. 

Thursday - Picked up my bike from the shop today, yay. Ride to ruins with Corey ta 4:40 pm, 11.37 miles, 1 hour 42 min, 1594 elevation.

Friday - 6:30 pm ride (no date night cause of concerts) - parked Wasatch blvd trailhead, rode to Parley's Point and back, I got achievements (cause this was just my 2nd time doing this ride, haha yay) 7.54 miles, 1 hour 7 min

Saturday - Busy busy busy day, but was able to sneak out at 5:39 for a very quick ride - drove up to Lisa, Lisa to Techy, then back up to Ruins, then techy down and techy one more time, 35 minutes, 2.76 miles. Then to violin concert, pick up O from a bday party, then bouldering for 30 min at 9:30 pm. Worked my palms hard! Total 16, 14 sends 2 attempts:
