Sunday - Yay, today is May! I am do "this month"! That is a good thing to be able to say. Weight this morning was 175.4 (darn) - past 7 day average is 174.5, a little better.
Monday - LCC bike ride, 6.22 miles, 40 minutes, which is really good considering the wind was blowing against me on all the uphill parts!
Tuesday - 4pm at gym, LAT 12x95, 10x105, 8x115, 6x125, 12x115 CHEST 13x55, 10x65, 8x75, 6x85, 12x75 TRICEPS 12x60, 10x70, 8x80, 6x90, 12x80 LEG EXTENSIONS 12x95, 10x115, 8x135, 6x155, 12x135
Wednesday - 20 second handstand, 1 minute center plank on hands
Thursday - nada
Friday - evening ride, 6.30 miles in 34 minutes, up to the temple quarry, then to the dirt trail, then back to the quarry and home
Saturday - nothing
