Nov 14 - 19 (11 weeks)

Planks Week 3

Plank time/wheel time

Mon - 1:49/1:11, go me. The planks SUCK and after 45 seconds I'm like dying, but able to hold it, but I'm only making myself hold for 1 second longer each day, which will suck but I think I can do that. I'm pretty proud I did a 70 second wheel again.

Tues - 1:50/1:12 I felt super strong with the wheel on Sat and yesterday, today I struggled and barely got there

Nov 7 - 12 (10 weeks)

Planks & Wheel week 2

Plank time/wheel time

Mon - 1:33/:53 and handstands

Tues - 1:41/1:00! & handstands

Wed - 1:44/1:00 Talked with Mel today for her missionary pday, we talked about stretching, She can do the splits, I've always wanted to do the splits! I found this video and so worked on these stretches too

Thurs - 1:46/1:01 and stretching again

Fri - 1:47/1:02 

Sat - 1:48/1:10!! and handstands

Oct 31 - Nov 1 (9 weeks)

"Planks"-giving

My little sis invited me to do a plank a day during November. I thought I'd add a wheel pose (I was inspired by this clip Corey showed us from 90 day fiancee, cause I'm in better shape than Sumit's mom, so I should prove it to myself and get doing some yoga stretching again.) I don't want to be "rusty"! Here goes, I'm going to try and improve my time each day
