Monday - 3:30 pm Solo ride to ruins, techy too. 11.24 miles, 1 hour 33 minutes, it smelled so nice after the rain last night! 

Tuesday - 6 am Morning rock climb at Ft Union:

Biked with Daniel to Karate, 3 miles, 21 minutes. Mowed the lawn - .72 miles walking in 26 minutes

Wednesday - 3 pm ride to ruins and Techy, got 2nd bridge rocks, yay, AND the lisa rocks, went to the left. 11.54 miles, 1 hour 37 min. PM stretching

Thursday - Morning bouldering at Millcreek - Total 30 sent. 

Then 7pm ride in Corner Canyon, Ann's and Rush trees, 6.78 miles in 56 min. 5 PRs:

1. PR Anns piece 1.31 miles in 10:51
2. PR Clarks bridge to top of Anns trail 3.24, 31:16
3. PR Ann's Trail 2.24 miles, 19:21
4. bronze half Ann 1.32 miles 11:41 (PR was 11:15 on 10/16/23)
5. PR top of ann's .84 miles in 6:50

Friday - Stretching as I played legos with Katharine. Was thinking we'd go climb for date night, but then date night didn't happen cause all our girls were gone (AL at Skyline football game, SN to Scofield) so Corey and I took ODPK climbing at Millcreek. Belayed kids, then did a few boulders with 

Saturday - Clarks & Rush with Corey at 7:36, we had to beat the sunset so I was going fast (plus felt antsy cause I had wanted to go for a few hours) and got 4 PRs! 

1. Coyote to the bench .39 miles in 5.03
2. Clarks bridge to bench: 1.08 miles 14:45 min
3. Top of rush (rush tom sawyer) .44 miles 1:45
4. Don't slow down now .79 11:18

Got home, gave P a haircut, DPK a bath, then out for quick bouldering at Ft Union Momentum with Lily.

• Kid area - climbed each color without resting.
• Green V3! Lily was trying it, I hadn't gotten this one yet, but I tried it after Lily's failed attempt and I got it first try! Woo!
