Mar 17 - 22

Monday - Bouldering this morning at Ft. Union. I don't know how to record boulders there. I need them to put up Kaya QR codes. :(  I did 24 total.

Also a 48 min walk after I got home. Did Core Balance thing that Corey got, got through day 5.

Tuesday - some handstands and 30 min splits stretching. Watched a google ad for Svelte Training which I bought years ago and tried, then asked for a refund. Maybe I need to try it again, feeling stuck again. She says if you're over 40 you gotta do stuff differently. Just did this Meredith 7 min workout

Wednesday - 20 boulder this morning, also did the 7 min workout from yesterday again, also Core balance training for 15 min. Doing some research for Corey and myself on post Nasal drip and Corey's  heartburn/acid reflux/(I think might be Gerd now, though I had not been aware of that condition until today) - Here for chronic post nasal drip (not seasonal related) is caused by fungus/mold in the sinuses, so some remedies are: garlic, oregano oil (essential oil?) and don't feed the fungus with sugar or milk sugar

Thursday - Some dead bug (per Dr. Berg's advice, min 7:30, watched that yesterday) this morning, did 50 dead bug reps, aka extending and alternating legs and arms. 8pm did my own version of a 7 min workout, from what I could remember of the one I did the past two days. Then 50 handstands, 25 reps each leg forward. Watched this Dr. Berg video on things to suppress appetite: "Better than ozempic, stop your cravings". I've been doing avocado, apple cider vinegar, ginger, he lists about 22 things.

Friday - climbing after date night at Sandy Momentum. Did 9 climbs, one was a solid 5.10d! I totally did it. Didn't do the 5.11 a without cheating.

Saturday - bouldering at Millcreek
