First, do 30 burpees (competition burpees or regular burpees) to "buy in" to the workout :)
Then complete 3 rounds for time of the 4 exercises listed below
1 round =
- Ply Fly - 20 reps
- Squat Overhead Press - 15 reps
- Lateral Jump Touch w/knee up Jump - 10 reps
- Abs Splitter (toes, straddle, ankles) - 5 reps
