Monday - 9am at rec center -
Tuesday - 6:30pm ride with Corey up the canyon, ruins and techy 11.15 miles, 1 hour 36 minutes. Got the local legend for women for techy with 11 efforts. :)
Wednesday - Hike up Heugh's Canyon. My first time going here!
I didn't know the way but eventually found it, I had fun exploring on the way up. Made it to a waterfall at 2:20, yay! I didn't know that was there.Then I had to hurry down so I could get home and take Abi to work, since she was with Katharine and wasn't able to leave K alone and bike to work at 2:40. I "ran" as much as I could, made it in 25 minutes, got to the car at 2:45. Go team. 3.25 miles, 1358 elevation, 1 hour 13 minutes
Thursday - nada, kinda in a funk today. I guess I walked home from the school with Katharine, so we'll count that - it was prob like a half mile
Friday - 10 handstands with left leg forward
Saturday - Early ride in Corner Canyon. Started at the cycle park, did the corner canyon loop and I got a personal best! Beat my previous time of 1:48, got 1:44 today! 15.63 miles, 38 achievements. I hold the all time women's 3rd place cup, yaaaay
Then I meant to finish these yesterday, but I did 10 handstands with right leg forward
Monday - 7:05 am morning ride to ruins, 11.15 miles, 1 hour 38 minutes. Saved 3 caterpillars (inch worms?) that grabbed onto me on the climb.
Tuesday - some deep squat stretches
Wednesday - morning walk to sunrise point, jogged home to get here in time to take carpool. 2.32 miles in 34 minutes.
Thursday - Chest machine fly 12x75. 12x60, 12x50 24x50, then same machine for Back - Rear delt 60x40, then Sauna 30 min 7:10-7:35, then Swim for 50 minutes
Friday - 6 am - Ruins and Techy from home - 11.17 miles, 1 hour 41 min
Saturday - 9:30 am Hike with Corey from Lisa parking lot to Tanners and back, 3.76 miles, 1 hour 53 min.
Monday - morning walk, 2.32 miles 39 minutes. Also did the protocol for these 3 hamstring strength moves by MovesMethod.
7:10 pm ride to the ruins and techy on techy on the descent, 11.36 miles, 1 hour 31 min.
Tuesday - Rec center at 8am after dropping off carpool, 30 min sauna then 60 min swim
Wednesday - Drove up to Lisa and did a little nature walk, not much of a hike, just enjoying the creek. 1.63 miles in 42 minutes
Thursday - 2:50 pm afternoon weight training - 1 hour 8 min:
Saturday - 7:15 am walk to sunrise point, 2.61 miles, 44 minutes, plus 6 passes on the monkey bars
7:30 pm biked to trailhead, hike up LCC Left lateral moraine with Corey! Back to trailhead, biked home. Total bike and hike 4.56 miles, 1 hour 25 min.
