Stayed the night, left at like 7:30 am up Armstrong (still closed on Wolf but we went around it to the service road) up to Mid Mountain, then Pinecone, down Puke Hill to Guardsman, up to Dead Tree > Apex > Keystone > Silver Queen (fun!) > Loose Moose. 3 hours 55 minutes, 3188 elevation, woo

Wednesday - hike up the canyon, up techgnar and techy then trail running back home cause I had to hurry and be back by 6:45, barely made it. 4.83 miles, 1 hour 40 min
Thursday - 10:30 am 20 min sauna then 60 min swim
