Complete the following round of exercises following a pyramid of reps:
1st round = each exercise 5x
2nd round = each exercise 10x
3rd round = each exercise 15x
4th round = each exercise 10x
5th round = each exercise 5x

The exercises for each round are:
- Split Squat Jump
- One Leg Lunge (I didn't use weights)
- Push up with Supergirl
- 180 Jump Turns
- Dive bombers
