Monday - yard work - I bought an axe and broke a good sweat swinging it at some tree roots in the front yard for 40 minutes
Tuesday - I was 150 this morning, feeling not like myself, started a water fast after it came up in a conversation with Kim that Kathy and I visited for RS. I hadn't eaten so I was just like "I'm starting now!"
Wednesday - Day 2 of water fast success. 11 am sauna and swim, 25 min sauna, 50 min swim felt good. Also did yardwork until bulk clean up came.
Thursday - Day 3 water fast done! Feeling good. Morning walk at 6:50 am, 2.5 miles, 1 hour
Friday - Day 4 water fast. Felt good this morning. Went on a short hike, would have gone longer but Corey broke his bike so I went to pick him up. .55 miles in 20 minutes. resisted chuch a rama after Abi's graduation. Started feeling pretty weak tonight. Might eat tomorrow morning.
Saturday - I made it 4.5 days. I ate some sardines for breakfast then a little here and there today.
