May 23 - 28 (38 weeks)

Sunday - morning weight was 177.2

Monday - nothing. Dr appointment today. Scheduled to be induced next Tuesday. I actually cleaned today, hoping this week is full of nesting instinct and that I get the house a bit more in order.

Tuesday - carpool and then straight to gym this morning at 8am, a nice old guy told me that I looked radiant. He asked how long I had, I said one more week. He also asked if this was my first. I prob should have just said "no" but I said "this is my 13th..." people usually don't know how to reply to that. LAT 12x95, 10x105, 8x115, 6x125, 12x115 TRICEPS 12x60, 10x70, 8x80, 6x90, 12x80 LEG EXTENSIONS 12x95, 10x115, 8x135, 6x155, 12x135 CHEST 12x55, 10x65, 8x75, 6x85, 12x75

Wednesday - 1.5 Wonderful flows (only did the first part once, did the 2nd part for left and right legs) I was lazy and laying around today.

Thursday - morning ride, best time yet 34:28, also a PR for the LCC approach hill of 6:32, last time was 6:53. My very first time on that on April 21st was 8:19. Made myself a little spreadsheet to keep track of my time on the LCC loop. I'm really proud of how much I have improved even though I keep getting bigger with the pregnancy. I'm really looking forward to riding without this little girl inside of me. I plan on doing two more rides before she comes though, prob Saturday morning and then on Monday, hopefully at Corner Canyon both times. Corey and I are doing the temple tomorrow morning.

Friday - nothing

Saturday - Bike ride at Corner Canyon, on the trail at 6:13 am, went 7.85 miles, 1 hour 33 minutes. Got a PR on Ann's Grunter (.23 miles in 3:07), also a PR for Clark's Bridge to top of Ann's (3.24 miles in 43:05) I didn't need to stop to rest or catch my breath this time, but I did stop for a quick pic -

Sunday - weight average for past 7 days 176.6, (it was higher than that this morning though) just a little over two more weeks, I'm almost there

Monday - I took Lily to jazz band, and then Mel took the 7:20 carpool for me, so I went on a quick bike ride at 7:30 am, yay for exercising in the morning! I did the lacaille and uphill LCC loop and got a new PR on that. My LCC approach hill time improved (.55 miles in 7:38) Yay good job me. Route is 6.21 miles, last time my time was 40:21, this time was 37:24, abt 3 minutes off!

Wednesday - No carpool so did the LCC loop in the morning again, Corey and I did it together! Left at 7:13 am, improved time by 2 minutes again! I tried to use a little bit higher gear again, did 6.21 miles in 35:33, LCC hill approach was 7:01, woo! Total time from Wasatch light to LCC - 1.59 miles in 14:18

Thursday - 12 second handstand

Friday - ready for date night -

I didn't overeat today, so I was still feeling good we got home from our date, so I was about to go on a ride, and I got all ready and was heading out on the bike but it started to rain/sleet. And it was cold, so I came back in, sat for a minute to see if it might stop, went out again, started out to the street, it didn't look like it was going to stop, and it looked worse in the direction I wanted to go, so then I cancelled my plans and took a bath instead. Right before bed I did a 60 second plank and thassit.

Saturday - evening ride. Wish it was out at corner canyon, but I ended up doing my loop and then a little more of exploring around home. Wasn't feeling a ton of energy, but I still set a new PR on the hill approach - 6:53, yay. Total ride was 12.18 miles in 1 hour 20 minutes.

May 9 - 14 (36 weeks)

Sunday - Weight this morning was 177.0, so I took the average from the past 7 days, and that was 176.3, which is a little better.

Monday - nothing

Tuesday -  4pm at gym, CHEST 13x55, 10x65, 8x75, 6x85, 12x75 TRICEPS 12x60, 10x70, 8x80, 6x90, 12x80 LAT 12x95, 10x105, 8x115, 6x125, 12x115 LEG EXTENSIONS 12x95, 10x115, 8x135, 6x155, 12x135

Wednesday - LCC bike ride, 6.22 miles, 40 minutes, got a PR of 16 minutes for the uphill climb from Wasatch to the mouth

Thursday - nothing

Friday - took a nice long ride at Corner Canyon, I love it over there. Started at 6:46 from Draper City Park, rode over to the canyon, went up the aquaduct trail then to BST, up to Potato Hill. It was hard and I was breathing heavy and red in the face! Took Ann's East. to Peakview, then down Ghost Falls and back down to the cycle park, Porter Rockwell Trail, then to the car.

1 hour 53 minutes, 11.82 miles, elevation 1,388 feet. And Strava is telling me I had a PR on Ann's Grunter (.23 miles in 4.21), Clarks to Ghost (.79 in 5.40) and Canyon hollow to the end (.61 in 4:58). I don't know where those are really, but good job me. I didn't fall or do anything dangerous, baby is still moving, so hopefully everything is still ok with her.

Saturday - 2 Wonderful stretches.

Friday - Bike ride with Corey for date night, repeat of what I did yesterday, harder this time. I think I needed a recovery day after yesterday. Still did pretty good considering I haven't done 3 days of cardio in a row since last fall, and good for a lady that's 8 months preg. We got the same time as I did yesterday of 1 hour 11 minutes, even though I had to get off and walk a few times (maybe 5?) to catch my breath.

Sunday - weight 173.4, not too bad for after a vacation. Hoping to maintain and not gain more. I have 6 more weeks, I can do this!

Monday - was going to go on a bike ride, but kids came along, so didn't turn into much of a workout since we stopped to play at a park instead of ride.

Wednesday - Bike ride straight to Temple Quarry and back home, Left home 8:03, at Quarry at 8:22, so 19 minutes up, and then 10 min to get back home. 30 minutes is just about a perfect workout for cardio. I got the Strava app after I got home so I'll start to time myself and see if I can improve as I gear up towards delivery day.

Thursday - Evening ride - 6.89 miles, 49 minutes, but I think the time there was including a very slow ride around the neighborhood that I did with Peter after I got back home.

Apr 11 - 16 (32 weeks)

Monday - walking around Universal's Island

Tuesday - walking (and running!) at the airport, recovery day, then went to the gym at 6:45 pm after taking Wes to work. I was worried if I would be able to lift the same weight since I hadn't done anything in Florida. I started off a little lighter but then went to the same weights as last time on Mar 30th and I was able to do it, yay - TRICEPS 12x60, 10x70, 8x80, 6x90, 12x80, LAT 12x90, 10x100, 8x110, 6x125 good, 12x115, LEG EXTENSIONS 12x85, 12x105, 8x125, 6x145, 12x135 good burn, CHEST 13x55, 10x60, 8x70, 6x80 good, 12x70good, LEG PRESS 12x140, 10x160, 8x180, 6x200, 6x220 not hard, 12x210

Wednesday - nothing. Ultrasound today, I measure 33 weeks, maybe that will mean I can be induced earlier? Baby is about 4.5 lbs from the ultrasound measurements.

Thursday - nothing

Friday - nothing, current preg pic

Saturday - I went on a bike ride! It was a little hard, but I'm glad I did it and might try again next week, but I need to buy a pad for my seat. I did the road loop of Little Cott Canyon, left home at 2:26, reached the dirt trail at 2:50, to Temple Quarry at 3:05, 7 min ride back home, arrived 3:14. So total 48 minutes. I used to be able to do it in 30, By the time I work back up to that, hopefully I'll have a baby and then can start going to Corner Canyon again!
