Sunday - 6:30 am morning scriptures by the creek. 1.68 miles, 53 min walk, headed home at 8:30, wonderful way to start the morning and the new week!
Monday - 10:40 am to 1:30 pm did yardwork at my sisters house in Bountiful, 1.29 miles, mostly upper body stuff though (shoveling dirt).
