Monday - 6:30 am in basement - rebounding and trunk twists, then this workout (I sent this to Wes for him to do too) a repeat workout from 2013:
- 60 push ups
- 100 mountain climbers
- 60 love bends (10 left then 10 right alternating with dumbbell in each hand)
- 100 mountain climbers
- 60 one leg push-ups ... do on knees if needed
- 100 mountain climbers
- 60 back lunges
- 100 mountain climbers
- 60 squat forward kick alternating
- 100 mountain climbers
Tuesday - Jordan River Temple at 5, then little bit of stuff and bouldering at 6:
Warm up -
100 rebound jumps
100 trunk twists
Then 4 min of
10 body weight squats
10 big arm circles
10 overhead reaches
10 small shoulder circles
Repeat for 4 min
Then Kids area R>L and L>R then a few V2s sent and V3 attempts
Back at home, 10 min on treadmill with walking and 3 30 second sprints, cause this guy on youtube says it is anti-aging. :)

2- Step roofs orange 5.10c
3- Step roofs purple 5.10c
4- South Toprope (west) 5.10d 1 cheat
5- SW by arch green 5.10c 1 rest at top, tricky
6- SW black 5.11b 2 rests 2 cheats at top, hard at top
7- west pink 5.10d
8- north green 5.10b
then sauna for 30 min.
Wednesday - 3:30 pm ride to Lisa and back, silver bike, 56 degrees at home when started, 51 when done, 10.16 miles, 1 hour 26 minutes. Snow wasn't bad for most of the trail, but at Lisa was too much and too slick, so turned around.
Thursday - 1:30 pom - Abi was home so Corey and I went on a ride. Almost to 3rd bridge but I didn't want to go any more, back was hurting a little (I don't love the silver bike). 9.07 miles, 1 hour 7 min. 58 degrees. I got the coalpit Local legend, that's all of them!
Friday - 25 handstands against wall and 5 min V stretch against wall
Saturday - 8:15 am top rope at Ft Union Momentum
- South wall
- 1- Pink 5.10c
- 2- blue 5.10b
- 3- red 5.10b
- 4- blue 5.10c
- 5- NE red 5.10d 2/3 rests on same spot half way
- 6- NW green 5.10c
- 7- NW pink 5.11b got over half way then impossible, switched to purple
- 8- NW pink 5.11a only one rest!!! No cheats, woo!
- 9- NE pink 5.10d
- 10- NE blue 5.10d
Then one pink V2 boulder, then hanging one that is kinda hard, I hit my knee!!
At home, did three 30 seconds sprints on treadmill, stretching
