Monday - 6:30 am in basement - rebounding and trunk twists, then this workout (I sent this to Wes for him to do too) a repeat workout from 2013:

  • 60 push ups
  • 100 mountain climbers
  • 60 love bends (10 left then 10 right alternating with dumbbell in each hand)
  • 100 mountain climbers 
  • 60 one leg push-ups ... do on knees if needed
  • 100 mountain climbers 
  • 60 back lunges
  • 100 mountain climbers 
  • 60 squat forward kick alternating
  • 100 mountain climbers
