Monday - 6:30 am in basement - rebounding and trunk twists, then this workout (I sent this to Wes for him to do too) a repeat workout from 2013:
- 60 push ups
- 100 mountain climbers
- 60 love bends (10 left then 10 right alternating with dumbbell in each hand)
- 100 mountain climbers
- 60 one leg push-ups ... do on knees if needed
- 100 mountain climbers
- 60 back lunges
- 100 mountain climbers
- 60 squat forward kick alternating
- 100 mountain climbers
