Monday - 45 min of Bouldering at Ft. Union, pretty lacking energy since I'm on hour 36 of fasting, but still pretty good, did 22 - 13 sends, 9 attempts:
- Light wall - V0 Turquoise
- V2 green
- V2 pink
- V3 green attempt
- V4 turquoise attempt
- V1 hot pink got it and didn’t cheat!
- V2 gold Got It!! 2nd time
- V2 green attempt
- V2 green attempt cheated w/pink V3
- Yellow V1
- Purple V3 attempt
- Green V2 attempt
- Lime V0
- Then Cave - V0 Purple
- V3 Red attempt
- Pink V3 did it!!
- Then West Wall - South Red V2
- Yellow V4 attempt
- Purple V1
- Purple V2 attempt I’m too tired
- Pink V1
- Purple V0

Tuesday - 1 mile on treadmill in 20 min, then a 40 minute 2.4 walk outside that included 50 walking lunges 2x. 30 min of stretching
Wednesday - Bouldering at Millcreek, did 20. Next time, do the white V4 in the OG. I think (?) it might be doable? Seemed like it had good holds, it was just really long and some of them were far apart. But I was trying to do a blue V3 by it, and that was too hard but I was cheating with the white V4 and I want to try that one next time when I'm fresh. 40 min of stretching
Thursday - Took a cold walk outside at 6pm, did 2x 75 walking lunges on it. 2.84 miles total, 52 minutes. Also some splits stretching, and 40 handstands, 20 each leg
Friday - nada. I was going to go climbing this morning, but it snowed, so instead I cleared the driveway so Corey and Abi could leave at 7. Also like 10 min of stretching. Mucho interruptions today.
Saturday - Top rope with Corey at 8pm (after a violin recital) We had to hurry to get 8 routes done before they closed at 10. Hardest one was an orange 5.10c, really should be a d or a 5.11a, pretty impossible one in the SE corner of the south wall.
