Monday - racquetball this am with Corey, Joseph, and Hyrum. 200 toy soldiers in swimming pool while I played with Peter. Short 7 min workout this pm while Abi watched the kids in the racquetball court
Tuesday - a little bit of racquetball this pm with Peter in the court with me, while Corey took kids ice skating
Wednesday - Happy bday to me, I'm 45. Wes stayed home today and so I left him with little boys while I went to the gym. 5 min warm up on a weird cardio elliptical machine, then to weights: Romanian Deadlift - 12x with bar, 10x bar+2/10, 8x bar+4/10, 6x bar+50 (25 each side), 12x bar+40 Converging shoulder press - 12x30, 10x40, 8x50, 6x60, 12x 50 (too hard! couldn't do last reps with my left arm, so did 8x50, pause, 4x50) 12x upward rows with bar Diverging lat pulldown 12x65, 10x75, 8x95, 6x115 woo!, 12x95 Chest pec fly 12x30, 10x40, 8x50, 6x60, 12x50, Bench chest fly 12x2/12 Leg Extensions 12x40, 10x50, 8x60, 6x80, 12x70, dumbbell squat 12x 2/30 Leg Press 12x120, 10x120, 8x120, 6x160, 12x140
Thursday - Racquetball with Corey for one hour, we took Joseph's mini motorcycle! Corey beat me twice
Friday - Racquetball for 1 hour date night, we both won two games. but I only one the last game cause we cut it short/they kicked us out. We need to get there earlier
Saturday - quick 30 min weight lifting workout at the gym. 1minute handstand at home. Daniel got 10 stitches today, he hit his head hard. The ER trip to get that fixed took most of the day today
