April 16 - 21

Monday - 33 minute walk this morning to Sunrise point and community park, prob 2+ miles, plus did 200 walking lunges on the way back. Did 4 pull ups again this morning, doing 9 more letdowns throughout the day, feeling great! Tomorrow is Day 1 of a facebook like "Take Back Your Morning" challenge with Holly, go sign up!
Tuesday - I did 12 minutes of planks as I listened to this video 3 times through, the Cupid shuffle is a good one to do planks to!
Wednesday - 1 mile/15 min jog on treadmill, woke up kids, finished with 3 walks around the block. Also did 10 letdowns, able to hold wide grip for 30 seconds for most of them!
Thursday - 30 min walk outside, at 9:30 at night did:
  - 30 bicep curls 2/15 lbs
  - 30 deadlifts 2/30 lbs
  - 30 superman Ts with 2/8lbs
  - 30 kneeling push ups
  - 30 tricep extensions with 2/12 lbs
Friday - 45 min walk, trying to avoid being home so we can see what happens when I'm not there to wake kids up. They were all still asleep when I got home at 7 (the time they should leave for school if they don't want to be late) And of course doing my 10 pulls ups throughout the day
Saturday - woke up 10 minutes too late to make it to the 6:00 temple session, so I stretched and then went on a walk. Good active day
