Monday - walk on treadmill in basement. 1 hour, 2.8 miles
Tuesday - 6:15 am bouldering at Sandy Momentum after temple, 39 minutes.
Wednesday - some stretching
Thursday - 6:15 am - Ft Union Toprope 1 hour 14 min:
- 1 NE yellow 5.10a
- 2 N green 5.10c
- 3 N black 5.10d 1 rest
- 4 N pink 5.11a 2 rests but no cheats
- 5&6 N yellow 5.10a and N purple 5.10b woo
- 7 NW green 5.10v
- 8 South black 5.10d 1 rest and didn't match the last hold (crimp)
then hustled to get ready for my first Girls' Trip with neighbors - we went to St. George for Stacey's birthday - 2:45 pm ride at Prospector and Church Rocks
Then at 5:45 pm for a bit before sunset - Poppy BearClaw with the first time bikers - 5.50 miles, 47 minutes.
Then 8:30 pm Pickleball at Paula's house for 40 minutes
And swimming laps in her pool to stretch out, felt nice. Boy that's a lot I did today! Climb, bike, bike, pickleball, and swim!
Friday - Gooseberry Mesa, 11.15 miles, 2 hour 38 minutes
Saturday - 8:40 pm Millcreek Boulder until 9:25 then Sauna for 30 minutes
