Aug 8 - 13 (33 weeks)

33 weeks - pineapple
Monday - 33 weeks today. Was going to do my walk this morning but could get out of bed. Did 12 minutes of planks in the morning, lower body in the afternoon -
Tuesday - 3 mile walk outside 6:23 - 7:24. My varicose veins in my left calf hurt afterward, nooo. I've not been feeling pain so far this pregnancy - hips haven't been hurting or leg, so I was a little sad, hope it's a fluke. I kept my leg up most of the morning and rested in bed, feeling better now (2pm)
Wednesday - Upper body workout from 8:40 - 9:15 am
Chest - push ups: fast knees, slow knees, fast toes, slow toes, fast toes, chest press 2/25
Biceps - Hammer curls 10, 12, 15, 20, 15, static curls 15
Triceps - seated extensions 10, 12, 15, 20, 15, chair dips
Back - reverse pull ups for 12 and 10 reps, but the bar bent/broke, so finished with back flys 8lbs, 10, 12, 10, alternate mower pulls 30 lbs.
Shoulders - side raises:5, 8, 10, 12, 10, upward press 2/15
Thursday - 3 miles on the treadmill this morning, did it in 45 minutes. Walked for 6 minutes (3.3 pace) then jogged for 6 min at 4.3 pace, repeat 3 times. Then for the 4th time I did 6 minutes walking, then finished off the 3 miles with jogging at 4.4, but also did one min at 5.4 to try and get it over with, not bad self! It was nice to break a good sweat, haven't done that for a while. 179.2 weight.
Friday - Lower body. 5:20 pm,
Abs - 12 minutes of planks,
Calves - 60 calf raises, 2/25 lbs for first 30, 2/30 lbs for 30 more reps, then 100 pulses with 2/30
Deadlifts - 2/20 for first 22 reps, 2/25 for 8, 2/30 for 6 & 24
Will do lunges tomorrow...
Saturday - 10 am - treadmill cardio while my angel Wesley watched Owen. Walked 1/2 mile, then jogged 1/2, same for mile 2 (with a quick .10 jog during the walk and a little walk break during the jog) for mile 3, I walked .05 mile, then jogged .05 repeated 10 times. I was dripping sweat.
That is lovely me in all my 8 months and exercising glory. Took me 49 minutes to go 3 miles. Weight 178.0 after exercise
