Monday - Morning bouldering at Ft Union
Tuesday - Morning bouldering at Millcreek, 30 min sauna. 1:45 ride to ruins, but strava didn't record it, boo.
Wednesday - stretching for 50 min. I took a nap and dreamt about doing the splits again. I remember having a dream like that in 7th grade. I'd really like to learn to do them and help my body get there. I think it would be so good for me. Will try to be more consistent.
Thursday - stretching. We were going to do toprope this evening, but ended up babysitting sweet Alvie instead. So we went to bed early so we could go in the morning
Friday - 6am toprope at Ft Union, done at 7:33 am, in time to get home to get the boys up and out the door:

- 2- SE Corner purple 5.10b
- 3- S middle black 5.10d 1 fall one rest
- 4- South purple 5.10c got it phew
- 5- South red 5.10c lots of cheats and 2 rests ugh
- 6- South red 5.10d
- 7- South red 5.10b
- 8- NE green 5.10c
Saturday - Ft Union toprope with Corey around 2pm
- 1- NE new purple 5.10bc woo got it
- 2- NE new black 5.10ab sent
- 3- NE new pink 5.10abc sent
- 4- S center black 5.10d only one rest!!!
- 5- S center purple 5.10b sent
- 6- west black 5.10d stupid, impossible
- 7- west red 5.10da I got the middle part!!! Made it up until the second to last hold without stopping, 1 rest, then got the end
- 8- south wall red 5.10a
- 5 V2 boulders
