Sept 22 - 27

Monday - 6am bouldering at Ft Union. Didn't keep track of stuff, no V3s, couple of V2s I couldn't get, and a freaking V1 I couldn't get either, stupid, but I did get some. Most were new to me. Tried a V5 in the cave, got the first 5 holds on that.

12:20 Rocky Mouth hike with Katharine, we got caught in a downpour right after we started, had to hunker down under a board for about 5 min but then it slowed down and was ok to keep going. 

.82 miles, 30 minutes

3:30pm ride to ruins with Corey. 11.23 miles, 1524 elevation gain. 1 hour 35 min. 1:08 to the top. I was LOVING THE FALL COLORS!!!  

And since it rained earlier it smelled sooooo good


Tuesday - Temple initiatories at 5am, then bouldering at Ft Union at 6. Didn't keep track again, just went until my hands/palms were useless.

Quick hike with kids to make up for missing FHE yesterday (had parent teacher conferences) .97 miles, 25 minutes
Natalie and Peter went with me to the rock where I wanted to get to.

Wednesday - 11 am stretching for 30 minutes

3pm ride to ruins, after going by the post office first (while feeling resentful that I don't have a car) 15.47 miles, 2 hours 13 min. Good to be in the mountains, and I got the lisa rocks today yay

Thursday - 9am Stretching and thai chi for 35 min

Friday - 7:50 am Bell moraine walk & hike (elementary boys home from school, I left Owen in charge. 3.84 mile, walk from home to Bell Canyon trail, along moraine until the stairs that go down to Catamount Ridge Way and Granite Slope Drive. 

3:15 pm ride in Corner Canyon, Clarks and Rush, before Abi had to take the car. 4.55 miles, 40 min 20 seconds

Sept 15 - 20

Monday - Bouldering at Ft Union at 6am, was good, I saved some strength in case I go tonight. Or maybe I'll go to Sandy tomorrow morning after the temple. The light wall is gone, just a regular climbing wall now. Also I didn’t even try a V3, wasn't quite feeling it

Also did these 5 "primal" moves. I liked it! I was able to do each for 60 seconds. 

Hike for FHE out at Corner Canyon, went along Brocks and then turned on a foot path only, Hoof and Boot. Slow with the kids, but it was good. 1.9 miles in 54 minutes. I heard lots of comments of "this is so pretty" and such.
Katharine said we were in a magical forest. 
She liked the dirt.
Up on her dad's shoulders so we can get to the car before it's too dark
The sky and weather were all perfect and beautiful!

Tuesday - Bouldering at 6am in Sandy after the temple (5am at Jordan River). 41 minutes. Did 24:

Then ride in Park City at 4pm - Armstrong, HAM and Seldom Seen, 7.40 miles, 1 hour 8 min. 1119 elevation.
So so pretty, I love fall. 
I've got a goal to get out every day this week!

Wednesday - Nature walk with Katharine at White Pine. 1.19 miles, 41 minutes. She is so stinkin' cute!!!




Evening walk, 2.45 miles, 42 minutes. 

Thursday - 6:23 am ride to 3rd bridge. 9.59 miles, 1203 elevation, 1 hour 14 min.

Also some lymph fascia jumping, haha trying it out. Feels good.

Friday - Older girls didn't have school today, so I took a 12:30 pm ride from home to Peakview. 20.84 miles, 2 hours 43 minutes, 2107 elevation gain. 20 achievements. I went along Wasatch to Hidden Valley, then BST to Corner Canyon, Canyon Hollow to Peakview, down rush, back to BST > Hidden Valley > Home

Some stretching, squats, hangs and this stuff (below) for 5 min (the youtube and facebook algorithims knows that I keep watching thai chi stuff haha) it felt good:

Sep 8 - 13

Monday - Ruins and Techy, I got the 2nd bridge rocks today AND THE LISA ROCKS 1st time this year! finally! 11.46 miles, Got to ruins at 1:01:37 woo! total time 1 hour 27 min. I didn't get the 3rd bridge rocks today, so that's a good time considering I walked that part. I wonder if I could get  to the top in less than an hour...

Tuesday - did a double header yesterday, so just stretching today, went to the temple for 5am initiatories.

Wednesday - double header again - I went with Corey to take carpool, then we did a ride up rattlesnake BST, took rattlesnake gulch on the way down. 5.67 miles, 54 minutes. Then straight to Momentum for 8 top rope.

Thursday - handstand for 60 seconds, 60 second hang. Took it easy after the double header yesterday

Friday - Ride to ruins before date night. 11.47 miles, 1 hour 22 min. I paused my clock for a breather, but with the pause I was able to make it to the top in less than an hour from home, yay go me. I'll try to do that time without a rest someday!

Saturday - stretching, some handstands, I meant to go climbing tonight but I lost track of time, darn (building Ariel's lego castle) Still a good active day. Walking to soccer games, walking around costco, cleaning a lot.

Sep 1 - 6

Monday - Hike with Corey! 

We haven't gone on a hike together for a long time, it was really great, filled my cup, fun to talk and walk. Picked some wild berries, I'm going to go back this week and gather more.

Then climbing for FHE with all the kids - yay for the new "two guest passes per membership" cause that got us all in. Wayne came to help belay.

That for over an hour, Abi belayed me cause she didn't want to climb, so I snuck in 3 toprope routes, then Corey and I did top rope for 25 min before they closed early for labor day.

Tuesday - Ruins & Techy with Corey at 9am (yay for the girls having another day off of school). 2nd place for Cool way at .37 miles 2:59 (PR is 2:58 on 6/23/25). Did Techgnar, 3rd place .31 5:27. Total ride 11.37 miles, 1 hour 33 min

Wednesday - Morning hike to Bell canyon (to gather some creeping Oregon grapes!) 2.46 miles, 56 min. Then Ft Union top rope with Corey at 3:40pm, did 8:

Thursday - Morning walk, 3.09 miles, 56 minutes. Also quick short sunset hike with Abi to my quiet rock, .82 miles, 26 minutes.

Friday - Ride to ruins at 6:30 this am. 11.10 miles, 1 hour 29 minutes, 3rd place for 3rd bridge to top at 13:10 time for .82 miles. Corey started going up at 7:30, passed him on the sandy double track. I got up early cause I had to get back to get the boys off to school. 

Saturday -
